I’m JB — that’s what they call me. And the brand? It’s simple: Just Business.
I didn’t grow up in the world most people know. My life ran parallel to the general population, but spiritually I was standing shoulder‑to‑shoulder with millions of people who feel misplaced, isolated, or forgotten. My reality was shaped early by an autoimmune disease — Crohn’s — a savage condition that carved its signature across my body and my life.
Crohn’s didn’t just hurt. It took. Half my intestinal tract gone. An ostomy bag. Scars up and down my torso like a roadmap of every battle I never asked to fight.
And when you’re a kid going through surgeries that would break grown men, the system hands you one thing without hesitation: opiates. From age 13 into my mid‑twenties, I was prescribed everything — Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycodone, OxyContin, even fentanyl patches. Not because I wanted them, but because that’s how the medical machine operates. My story is the blueprint of American addiction — a perfect storm created by a healthcare system that medicates pain and a justice system that punishes the fallout.
So where does a kid like that find comfort after years of hospitals, surgeries, and pills?
The Trap.
And the trap house wasn’t just a place — it was the heartbeat of the block. The door never stopped moving. People in and out at all hours. Music shaking the walls. Conversations bouncing off each other. Sometimes twenty bodies packed into a single room, chasing the dopeman’s supply, chasing escape, chasing anything that felt alive. No sleep. No silence. Just motion, energy, and raw human electricity.
That chaos taught me something real: People always show up where the action is.
And that’s the seed of TrapHouse.Digital.
This brand is me flipping that same nonstop energy into the legal world — building a culture-driven media platform that never closes. A digital dialogue where the stream stays live, the content moves like product, and the vibe never dies. Gaming. Commentary. Podcasts. Vlogs. Drops. Community. A 24/7 digital block party with the door wide open.
This isn’t a reformed sob story. This isn’t a redemption arc. This is Just Business — a hustler taking everything he learned from a life he never chose and building something real in a lane he created.
The trap went digital — and I built the new house.
Welcome to TrapHouse.Digital. Where the party never stops, the hustle never sleeps, and the content moves like product. As a recovery mentor, I’m here to show that transformation is possible, and the energy of the trap can be channeled into something positive.

TrapHouse Digital Productions is a culture-driven media company built from lived experience, accountability, and real conversation. Founded under JB Media Group, LLC, TrapHouse Digital was established by JB—a reformed drug trafficker turned recovery mentor whose perspective is shaped by street life, the justice system, and the work of personal change. This journey informs everything we produce.
TrapHouse Digital exists to translate culture honestly. With an ear to the streets and a responsibility to engage in digital dialogue that tells the truth without glamor or filters, the company produces content that reflects the realities of today’s generation—where consequence, growth, and insight matter as much as the story itself. As the home of The Digital TAP and future media properties, TrapHouse Digital Productions connects real life to the digital world, serving as a bridge between where culture comes from and where it’s headed.
Don’t get it twisted — a traphouse ain’t just a location, it’s a mindset. It’s where business happens nonstop. The streets turned it into something illegal, but underneath all that? It’s pure entrepreneurship.
Now we’re running that same energy online. We’re trapping digitally — creating our own products, linking with solid connects, and moving business the way hustlers always have.
Only difference now? Everything we do is legal, scalable, and built for longevity. Same grind. Bigger vision. More money.

The Digital TAP is a culture-driven media platform where real life meets real conversation. Produced by TrapHouse Digital Productions, the show and blog serve as a signal—tapping directly into the experiences, perspectives, and truths shaping today’s generation. Hosted by JB, a reformed drug trafficker turned recovery mentor and straight-talk personality, The Digital TAP translates street-level reality into thoughtful, unfiltered digital dialogue.
Rooted in lived experience, accountability, and growth, The Digital TAP doesn’t sensationalize the past or sanitize the present. Instead, it offers honest commentary on culture, recovery, business, and life—delivered with clarity, responsibility, and respect for consequence. This is where the noise gets filtered, the signal gets clearer, and the conversation stays real.
